These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the winrpk platform, including the casino, sports betting, and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering a winrpk account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use winrpk. By creating an account you confirm your age and that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one winrpk account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by winrpk carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Requirements are stated on each offer and form part of these Terms.
winrpk prohibits the use of automated tools, exploits, collusion, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage. Violations result in account suspension and recovery of affected funds.
All winrpk accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees. Deposit and withdrawal limits are defined in PKR and are subject to the cashier limits published on the platform at the time of transaction.
winrpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register and maintain a winrpk Account. winrpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, with all funds forfeited.
2.2 By registering, you warrant that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. winrpk makes no representation as to the legality of its services in your location. You accept sole responsibility for confirming your legal position before using the Platform.
2.3 winrpk services are available to individuals only. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register Accounts.
2.4 Former winrpk Account holders who have been permanently self-excluded or whose Accounts have been closed for breach of these Terms are not eligible to re-register.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one winrpk Account only. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being closed and all Balances being voided.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. winrpk may require verification of your identity, address, or payment methods at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrpk login credentials. winrpk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify winrpk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.1 All winrpk Account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winrpk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are published in the winrpk cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 winrpk does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which winrpk accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. winrpk targets a processing time of two hours for verified JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 winrpk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation for large withdrawals. winrpk will communicate requirements promptly and process verified withdrawals without unnecessary delay.
4.6 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a winrpk Account. Players who deposit an amount in excess of their intention should contact support prior to wagering any portion of the deposited funds.
5.1 winrpk may offer deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and expiry period are stated on each promotion. Games contributing at different rates to wagering completion are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 winrpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is voided due to suspected abuse, associated winnings will also be voided.
5.4 Players may decline any bonus before wagering has commenced by contacting support. Once wagering begins, the bonus and its associated requirements become binding on the Account Balance.
6.1 All bets placed on winrpk are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where winrpk expressly offers a cash-out feature on the specific market.
6.2 winrpk reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or circumstances where odds were published in error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's Balance without further compensation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market view. winrpk reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts without prior notice where warranted by risk management considerations.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, winrpk's decision, taken in good faith based on available data, shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on winrpk and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance where applicable:
8.1 All content on the winrpk platform — including but not limited to game assets, graphics, interface design, text, logos, and software — is the property of winrpk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any winrpk content without express written consent.
9.1 winrpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at winrpk.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in that document.
9.2 winrpk may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required to process transactions, verify identity, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
10.1 The winrpk platform is provided on an "as is" basis. winrpk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrpk's aggregate liability to any player arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 winrpk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.1 You may close your winrpk Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified Balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within five business days of the closure request being processed, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
11.2 winrpk reserves the right to close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed breach, the Balance may be forfeited.
12.1 winrpk is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session duration limits within their Account settings. These tools are available to all winrpk players at no cost and without restriction.
12.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from winrpk — temporarily or permanently — should contact [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, winrpk will take reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account.
12.3 winrpk operates a strict 18+ policy. Any Account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. winrpk encourages players to make use of parental control software if minors share access to devices used for Platform access. 13.1 These Terms represent the entire agreement between winrpk and the player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 winrpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification.
